Connecting is easy:
- Download an IRC client (www.sysreset.com is a good place to get one)
- Find the "select a server" option and enter the bemanistyle server information.
- Connect.

Tips:
- Register your nickname. (on the main IRC window type "/msg userserv register [username] [password] [emailaddress]") This way
whenever you sign on, you can log in ("/msg userserv login [username] [password]") and be guaranteed that no one else is
using your name. It also retains any special privelages you've received in any channels.
- Talk, don't just idle or leech. We don't mind fserves on the channel, but if you come in just to download stuff the ops
won't be very nice to you. And that's pretty much a guarantee.
- Don't be stupid. Alot of the IRC goers have been talking to eachother for a while, so if you jump right in and stray from topics
or constantly ask "why isn't anyone talking" or go in like "kekekekeke zomg!11one!!!" no one is going to give you any respect.
Have fun, and above all else, be respectful of other users, and listen to the operators. |
